At the Youth Leadership Program, our mission is to cultivate a better community for all by educating and empowering young individuals through service. Our Leadership Program Features a multitude of different projects and events that are diverse in culture and talent. We travel across Kentucky to search for impactful community service projects that benefit everyone. YLP believes everybody has a unique talent that can be used to benefit the people in your community, now is the time to showcase it.

Organization Feats
YLP Has over 50 members with more than 3000 hours of community service in total. We have 5 long-lasting partners and offer a diverse array of scholarships and awards for members. Currently, we boast more than 10 members achieving the Presidential Gold Award: The highest service award in the USA

We make a positive impact by offering tutorship where we assist children and provide them academic support to help them develop essential skills.

Every month we provide numerous volunteer opportunities at different organizations. From helping serve food at our local nonprofits, to assisting at the Food bank. We get involved to take a positive stance in our community.

We have people from all different cultures and levels of instrumental musicality (beginner to all state). We provide the best performers to brighten the lives of people such as senior homes and community centers.
